Shippin is operated by Friskly AB, org.nr 559500-7526, Skogsvägen 9, 141 44 Huddinge, Sweden. By creating an account on Shippin, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Shippin
One person per account; sharing accounts is not permitted

3. Your content

You own the content you post on Shippin
By posting, you grant Shippin a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display and distribute your content on the platform
You can delete your content at any time
You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

4. Products and waitlists

You are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings
Shippin is a showcase platform, not a marketplace; transactions happen externally
When you operate a product page on Shippin and collect waitlist signups, you are the data controller for those signups. Shippin acts as your processor for that data under the terms of this agreement, which incorporates by reference the standard processor obligations under GDPR Article 28.

5. Prohibited conduct

Spam, harassment, or abusive behaviour
Impersonating other users or organisations
Attempting to access others' accounts or data
Using the platform for illegal purposes
Uploading sexual content involving minors, CSAM, or content depicting serious violence or weapons threats

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

7. Content moderation policy

This section satisfies our obligation under Article 14 of the EU Digital Services Act to disclose, in plain language, how we moderate user content.

What we moderate:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Detected automatically via Microsoft PhotoDNA hash matching. Confirmed hits are preserved as evidence, reported to NCMEC and ECPAT Sverige, and the account is permanently terminated.
Nudity, sexual content, violence, gore, weapons, and depictions involving minors. Detected automatically via Sight Engine classifiers (models nudity-2.1, weapon, gore-2.0, face-age, offensive).
Reported content. Posts, comments, and accounts users have reported are reviewed by our trust & safety team.

What happens on a flag:

Affected content is hidden from public view while under review.
You are notified by email that your upload is under review.
You may appeal the decision via [email protected].
All automated decisions are subject to human review on appeal — you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

8. Restriction notices and appeals

This section satisfies our obligation under Article 17 of the EU Digital Services Act.

When we restrict your account or content — including a ban, timeout, post removal, or account lockout — we will send you a Statement of Reasons by email. The statement will include:

Whether the decision was automated or made by a human reviewer

Shippin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. When we make a material change, we will bump the policy version and re-prompt logged-in users to accept it. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
